  • If you encounter issues with unsuccessful payments when purchasing BeeCool ebikes, we suggest the following steps for resolution:

    Scenario 1: Payment Unsuccessful with Bank Card

    1. Consider using alternative payment platforms like PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Afterpay.
    2. If using a credit card for direct payment, ensure the card supports international transactions. If not supported, contact your bank to enable this feature.
    3. Keep in mind that international payments might incur bank fees. Confirm with your bank regarding any potential charges. To avoid fees, you can switch to a bank card without international transaction fees. Alternatively, utilize the recommended payment platforms (Venmo, Cash App, Afterpay), as they can facilitate payments even if your bank card doesn't support international payments without incurring additional fees.

    Scenario 2: Installment Payments

    1. For installment options, consider using PayPal Credit and Afterpay.
    2. Specific terms for bank card installment plans should be discussed directly with your bank, as this involves a transaction between you and the bank.

    Scenario 3: Single Transaction Limit on Bank Card

    1. In cases where a single transaction limit applies to your bank card:

      Purchase our special tickets ensuring that the ticket price covers the cost of the ebike you'd like to buy. Please include the following details in the note when purchasing the tickets: Name + Vehicle Model + Color + Payment 1 / Payment 2 / Payment 3.
