BeeCool Bikes Insurance: Ride with Confidence

At BeeCool Bikes, we prioritize your safety and peace of mind. In addition to the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty, we’ve partnered with X-cotton and AIG to offer comprehensive insurance coverage for our e-bikes. 

Attention: If you wish to purchase additional insurance after receiving your bike, you can do so here, but it must be added within 60 days of your original order. Any insurance purchased after 60 days will be invalid. 

This is BeeCool's Xcotton product protection for riders who purchase BeeCool ebike products within 60 days. You can use this link to purchase an accident and extended warranty for your BeeCool ebikes. You can purchase this extended warranty for all our ebike models.

Why Consider Product Protection?
In the event of product failure or accidental damage, Xcotton will facilitate repairs or replacements beyond manufacturer warranty. 

Coverage
1) Extended Failure Protection
Mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Covered Product.
2) Accidental Damage
Unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, spills and cracked screens, as a result of normal use.
3) Power Surge
A sudden increase in voltage that can damage or destroy electronics, appliances, and even electrical wiring.
4) Battery Coverage
Battery failure. One time replacement of battery.

How to File a Claim
If Your Covered ebike Product is damaged or malfunctioned, please report the issue at
Xcotton Resolution Center.

Cancellation
You may cancel your Plan and subject to a refund. Amount of your refund will be depending on a number of factors. If your order is canceled prior to delivery, we will issue a full refund. If you have received the product and put it in use for a period of time, depending of the duration since purchase, we will issue a pro-rata refund, and minus any claims that have been paid out.
