We are currently able to ship the items to the 48 contiguous States in the U.S. And there is no shipping fee.

We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is Fedex and if you want to choose other delivery company, we can offer UPS delivery but you have to pay extra $100 for the change of delivery company. Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 2-7 business days of delivery. For any third-party shipping, we are unable to provide any additional shipping information or documentation. In addition, the delivery dates provided by BeeCool Bikes are estimated which may change as sometimes act of God may occur.

Your bike will arrive 90% assembled. We will provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video. You can assemble your ebike within 30 minutes. If you are unable to do the assembling work, you can also add a assembling services when you purchase the bike or book a mobile service at our service page. Our processional mechanics will goes to your door directly to do the assembling work.

If you pay with credit card, your payment could be  somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined. Under such circumstance, here are 3 solutions for you:1. Please switch to your other credit or debit card.2. If you have a Paypal account, please try to pay by PayPal.3. If you do not have a Paypal account, please select PayPal still at the checkout page & click the complete order button. Then you'll be directed to a page with access to both PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment (for the latter option, you don't have to register for PayPal).Then you can complete your order with your credit card.

To help you solve the problem as quickly as possible, please describe the problem in details and provide photos and videos to us by sending E-mails, so that we could find the problems. We also provide a mobile service for our customers but you have to pay for the mobile service by yourself. You can book a service at our mobile service page. If you need to change the color of your bike, or switch the accessories on your order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are here to help. It is our goal to make sure any mistakes or changes to your order are corrected before the shipment occurs. Check out the options below to learn how to make a change to an order.

Changing an order that has not shipped

We cannot modify an existing order for a product swap. To change a bike or accessories on the order to a different color or products, we need to remove it from the order or cancel the entire order, and refund the payment back. From there, you can place a new order for the correct item through our website.

Changing an order that has shipped

If the items in your order have already shipped, we cannot cancel your order. However, you are welcomed to work with our Returns team to return the order after you've received it. To learn more about the returns process, please check our Return & Refund Policy.

Legality

No. All the models of BeeCool ebikes comply with the specifications of the US law and you do not need a license to ride it.

An electric bike is legally treated the same as a regular bike. You can ride an electric bike at any location where you can ride your regular bike.

Product

Under normal circumstances, charging the battery from empty to full typically takes 6-9 hours. In rare cases, it may take longer to allow the battery management system to balance the battery, particularly when the bike is new or after long periods of storage.

It’s not necessary to completely drain the battery before charging. Of course on many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries from Lishen and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.

Just cleaning your BeeCool ebike like cleaning a regular bike. The battery can handle water, but it is recommended to remove the battery before hosing down your ebike.

BeeCool ebikes are able to be ridden in light rain, the battery is water resistant but not waterproof. Other components can be damaged by water or exposure to heavy rain. It’s never a good idea to leave any e-bike outside in the rain.

BeeCool ebikes perform well in wet conditions.The electrical components are all designed to operate well while riding in all terrains, including rainy conditions, icy and sandy roads. But ebikes are not meant for use in large puddles, streams, or very heavy rain. So if you riding in rainy or icy conditions, please take care.  Especially park the bike in a dry location after riding to allow the components to dry. And ebike performance on hills depends on factors including the weight of rider, steepness of the hill, cargo load on the bike, and more.

All bikes (including ebikes) require maintenance over time to keep the bike safe and fun to ride.Below is a list of regular maintenance activities you can expect to perform while owning a bike:1.Inspect the bike. Periodically and before each ride, check the bike components for signs of improper alignment, security and function. 2.Clean the bike.

As needed, the bike should only be cleaned with a moist rag and non-corrosive biodegradable cleaners. Do not use a pressure washers or hose to clean the bike. This can cause water damage to electrical components and will likely void the warranty.3.Perform maintenance checks. We advice that once a year you can Perform the checks .Consult a local, certified, and reputable bike mechanic (or you can consult the customer service of our website for maintenance help).

Take note of any component wear such as cracks, scratches, or changes in color or operation. These changes may indicate that a part needs to be serviced or replaced. If the useful life of a component is surpassed it can cause unexpected loss of function, which can result in damage, serious injury, or even death.

The theoretical working temperature of the battery is -4℉ to 131℉. But we suggest you keep your ebike works in the environment from 23℉ to 113℉.

In addition, please make sure to charge the battery in the environment from 32℉ to 113℉.

Using the battery in a low-temperature environment will shorten the total travel range of the ebike (lower than 32℉, 80% of max range; lower than 14℉, 70% of max range).

Always using the battery in a high-temperature environment (over 95℉) may shorten the battery life. DO NOT use the battery in an environment over 140℉, which may cause safety issues.

At present, only displays for Bee Challenger and Bee Pathfinder series have password setting. By setting the password, you can secure your bike better. To set the password, you need to pay attention to two things. First, if the password is not entered or entered incorrectly within 30s of the countdown, the meter will automatically shout down. Second, if you forget the password, you can't reset it by yourself and the only way to solve the issue is to contact us to replace the display (To replace the display for forgetting the password is not covered in the warranty, so customer needs to pay for the cost for the new display by themself).
