If you need to change the color of your bike, or switch the accessories on your order, or if you ordered the wrong product, we are here to help. Changing an order that has not shipped
We cannot modify an existing order for a product swap. To change a bike or accessories on the order to a different color or products, we need to remove it from the order or cancel the entire order, and refund the payment back. From there, you can place a new order for the correct item through our website.
Changing an order that has shipped
If the items in your order have already shipped, we cannot cancel your order. However, you are welcomed to work with our Returns team to return the order after you've received it. To learn more about the returns process, please check our Return & Refund Policy.
