1. What are the advantages of the Battery Advantage Service?

1) With a purchase of this service for only $20, you receive a $100 cash discount applicable towards the purchase of any model's battery in the future.
2) There are no time restrictions on the use of this discount; you can use it whenever you want to buy a battery.
3) With this discount protection service, whether you need to replace your battery or buy a spare, you can save a significant amount of money.

2. Conditions for Use (Read Before Ordering)

1) This discount service must be purchased together with an e-bike order; standalone purchases are not valid. (In other words, you can add multiple instances of this service when purchasing a new e-bike, but if you try to purchase this service without placing an e-bike order, it will be invalid.)
2) The service is only valid for new ebike order not for past orders, so we suggest you adding it to cart when you first buy a new ebike.
3) Each service corresponds to a single discount code and can only be used once.
4) The discounts from this service are only applicable to battery purchases for all existing models offered by BeeCool.
5) If the battery's stock runs out by the time you plan to buy, you have to wait for the stock and if the battery won't be produced any more, we will refund the service fee. Once purchased, the service will be reserved and can't be cancelled or you need to pay 5% processing fee to cancel.
6) After purchasing this service, there is no expiration on its use; you can redeem it at any time, but each service can only be used once and on one battery order(multiple service codes can't be used on one battery).
7) This service is only available to the first owner’s account and cannot be transferred to others.

3. How to Use

1) Step One: If you wish to use this service after purchase, please contact BeeCool’s customer service via email or phone in advance and provide the verification order number (the order number, "beecoolXXXXX", generated when you purchase the new bike together with this service). Our service team will handle your request with 24 hours.
2) Step Two: Once our customer service verifies your order number, they will send you a special discount code for purchasing a battery to the email you appoint or default purchasing email you left.
3) Step Three: Add the battery to your cart and enter the unique $20 for $100 discount code provided at the checkout to deduct $100 from the current price.
